Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sewing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating sewing machines and capable of following precise instructions to produce high-quality work. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently.

- Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.

- Read and understand instructions before beginning tasks.

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.

- Take direction from supervisors and collaborate with team members.

- Use sound judgment when interacting with coworkers.

- Complete assignments accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating sewing machines preferred.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
