About the team

The Commercial, Outpatient Services team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. As a dynamic and driven group, we lead business development and strategic partnership initiatives to foster collaborations with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Executive/Senior Executive to support Business Development Managers in fostering deeper client relationships, implementing new deals, and addressing post-sales inquiries. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery, project rollouts, and alignment with client requirements.


This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial, Outpatient Services and is based in Singapore.


A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows :

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to execute strategies for enhancing client engagement, upselling services, and expanding the business pipeline.
  • Build and maintain rapport with operational teams of key clients to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to operationalize deals, ensuring timely service delivery, project rollouts, and fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Address client concerns promptly, working with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and timely feedback.
  • Communicate essential information across departments to enable effective decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless, high-quality interactions across touchpoints, resolving issues swiftly and with a client-centric approach.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing, and pitch-related documents.
  • Support the creation and renewal of contracts and other documentation within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, frameworks, and technical guidelines to streamline operations.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in an enterprise sales or fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development are welcome to apply.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines and high service standards.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of sales processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Genuine curiosity, with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
