About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Shed Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our packing shed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading teams and ensuring quality, safety and productivity standards are achieved.

Working closely with site management, you will play a key role in coordinating packing operations, supporting team performance and driving continuous improvement across the shed.

This role operates on an early morning schedule, with a 7:00am start.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily packing shed operations.
• Lead, support and develop members of the packing shed team.
• Coordinate labour, workflow and resources to meet production requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Support food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP standards.
• Maintain operational records and assist with reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency outcomes

Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership capability combined with a practical, hands-on approach to getting the job done.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Experience within packing, production, agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
• A current Forklift Licence.

Additional Skills & Experience

The following qualifications and experience will be viewed favourably:

• First Aid Certificate.
• HACCP and food safety knowledge.
• HR Licence.
• Experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
