Responsibilities:

• Assist with the fabrication and installation of sheet metal ductwork
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision
• Support HVAC system installations in residential and commercial projects
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Interest in the HVAC and sheet metal trade
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and on active job sites
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
