We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive SHEQ Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and are eager to make a positive contribution and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

As SHEQ Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance documentation across the business, reinforcing our commitment to safety and ensuring all staff are consistent in their approach to safety when on site. This role is central to supporting communication between clients, customers, and subcontractors involved in our various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· SHEQ support and advice for the business

· Monitoring SHEQ performance across all contracts

· Report to and provide guidance to our operational management on good performance / best practice as well as deficiencies and areas of weakness identified.

· Provision of key support with regards to the development and implementation of improvement actions, initiatives, and plans.

· Tracking accident / incident reports to ensure that all corrective actions and recommendations are appropriate and are fully implemented

· Liaising with management in relation to the notification of accidents / incidents, investigations and dangerous occurrences.

Required Skills and Experience:

Business Knowledge

· Knowledge and application of SHE management principles and best practice within an operational function.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

· Third level qualification in relevant area or equivalent as a minimum. Also industry experience and an Environmental qualification. E.g. Associate / Tech / Grad Member of IOSH and IEMA desirable.

· IT Skills – capable use of Microsoft Office software suit (word, excel etc.) and ability to interact with company systems

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

· High attention to detail and the ability to work independently,

· Full, clean driving licence is essential.
