Key Responsibilities

Supervising Daily Store/Hub Activities:

Managing staff schedules and delegating tasks.

Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Maintaining efficient workflow and service quality.

Coordinating Customer Orders:

Receiving and prioritizing customer requests.

Supervising picking, packing, and dispatching operations.

Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.

Managing Inventory:

Conducting regular inventory audits and applying FIFO principles.

Managing stock replenishments and reducing shrinkage.

Ensuring accurate inventory levels for timely order fulfillment.
