Job Details:

• Location: Rochester, NY
• Hourly Pay Up To : $18per hour
• Full-time position offering flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Support: Assist the General and Assistant Managers in daily restaurant operations.
• Hands-On Leadership: Manage and motivate crew members, ensuring shift tasks are completed.
• Customer Experience: Maintain excellent service and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure company guidelines are followed, and policies are enforced.
• Training & Development: Support crew training and contribute to their growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous fast-food or fast-casual management experience (at least 1 year).
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ pounds and work in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• U.S. resident with reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
