Our Wendy's restaurant is looking to hire a Shift Manager who will join our fast-paced team.
As an Shift Manager, you will be responsible to ensure a clean and well-maintained restaurant. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in the every-day restaurant operation, and in managing our staff. These duties will include high execution of company policy and standards, and all out-lined programs. Strong leadership, motivating teams, and previous management experience is necessary.
*Responsibilities of the Shift Manager:
-compliant with food safety procedures
-manages food and labour costs
-execution of company policies and procedures
-manages crew members
-ensures and maintains safe working conditions
-provides proper training for crew members
-provides excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
- fast food management: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
