What will be your mission?

As a Shiftleader Logistics, you ensure an efficient daily operation by inspiring your team of pickers & packers, expedition team members and inbound colleagues. You identify bottlenecks and solve them quickly or escalate if necessary. With your focus on process improvement and prioritization, you are the point of contact for both internal and external contacts, ensuring smooth collaboration within your team. You will report to the supervisors of Logistics.

What can you expect?

• As a shift leader, you identify bottlenecks and ensure an adequate solution or timely escalation to the Supervisors Logistics.

• You lead the group of team members that are picking, packing, replenishing, loading and unloading.

• Your main task is to ensure the daily logistics operation runs as efficiently as possible. This means overseeing the work of the aforementioned employees and shifting priorities if necessary.

• You are daily engaged in identifying improvement points, and additionally weekly the group leader in our ‘growth sessions’ with the warehouse team.

What do you bring?

• Preferably a MBO degree in Logistics.

• Willingness to work in 2 shifts.

• You are a go-getter and willing to take an extra step if necessary.

Who are we?

At elho, we design and make the most beautiful, sustainable flower pots from recycled plastic. We process about 15 million kilos of waste annually into new, green products and run our production on 100% own wind energy.
