The Job
We are hiring a Shipper & Receiver to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you’ll ship, receive, and transport raw materials, supplies, and finished goods while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met. You’ll play a key part in keeping materials flowing efficiently between production, warehousing, and customer locations.

Shift timing: This posting is for a current vacancy, and is available on the Monday-Friday, morning shift (approx. 5am-2:30pm). Weekends as required based on business demands.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a warehouse material handling role
• Valid forklift certification (Walkie, Counterbalance, Raymond Reach)
• Basic computer skills (MRP/SAP experience an asset)
• Knowledge of WHMIS and safe work practices
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

You Will

• Ship and receive materials between facilities and to customers using forklifts and other material handling equipment according to SOPs
• Ensure production lines are stocked with required raw materials and supplies
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and equipment; report deficiencies immediately
• Complete accurate SAP transactions related to shipping and receiving (MIGO, STO, Goods Receipts)
• Verify accuracy of all incoming and outgoing materials and complete required documentation
• Assist with line changes, material moves, and warehouse organization
• Perform safety and quality checks and record required data
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or food safety concerns
• Participate in team meetings and support LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
