Happy Gut is looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic Shipping and Fulfillment Associate to join our fast paced and fun team! Are you passionate about healthy living, love meeting new people and aren’t afraid of heavy lifting? If so, you might be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product ordering and invoicing to ensure accurate purchasing, timely deliveries, and proper documentation.
• Pack and ship product orders with care and accuracy
• Ensure product shelves are always well stocked
• Deliver products in our company vehicle (must have a clean driving abstract)
• Grow and maintain our live water kefir cultures
• Represent Happy Gut at local Farmer’s Markets, engaging and selling to customers
• Assist in brewery operations
• Be the friendly face of Happy Gut in our local community

Who We’re Looking For:

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physically capable of frequent daily lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable driving and making local deliveries
• Willing to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team
• Eager to learn about water kefir and fermentation

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols
• Comfortable with physical labor, including standing for long periods and heavy lifting
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Foodsafe and WHIMIS certification required once hired
• Clean drivers abstract
