What are the tasks?
Duties:
· Operate forklifts as needed
· Warehouse work and other sheet metal handling duties
· Other warehouse tasks such as organizing metal sheet inventory
Requirements:
· Active listening, reading comprehension, instructing, coordination, time management, speaking, writing, mathematics, monitoring, social perception and critical thinking
· Able to lift 50 lbs. without support.
· Skilled in assembling shipping boxes and packing contents as per requirement or customer instructions.
Physical Abilities
· Must be able to lift heavy materials (25 to 50 lbs.) and walk & stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to bend, climb, and squat, sometimes in close quarters.
· The work environment may be noisy and dusty, and job tasks may create vibrations
Shift Availability:
Day: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, Transit Available (We are close to Skytrain)
