Woolfie’s Bakery / Holly's Deli is looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping & Catering Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being organized, efficient, and providing excellent customer service. No experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Organize and fulfill weekly shipping orders, including printing and preparing labels, wrapping food, and boxing/shipping muffins, coffee, and merchandise.
• Maintain inventory levels
• Make t-shirts/merch as needed (train in 20 minutes)
• Check order emails daily and resolve any issues quickly.
• Work directly with customers to take and coordinate catering requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to price, invoice, schedule, and fulfill catering orders.
• Ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction for all shipping and catering orders.
• Learn how to roast, flavor, and measure coffee/package (computerized and simple to operate our roaster!).
• Maintain adequate inventory of shipping and catering supplies and source them at the lowest possible cost.
• Be briefly available on key weekends (by phone/text) for issues, questions or changes to active orders.

Skills Needed:

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Moderate computer skills, including:
• Logging into online systems.
• Generating shipping invoices and ensuring lowest shipping costs.
• Working with spreadsheets for costing.
• Using our POS system to generate invoices and add catering products.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

• Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday mornings (typically 8/9 AM – 12/1 PM).
• Hours vary: more during the fall, fewer in the winter and spring.
• Occasional weekend availability for quick communication if issues arise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
