Mission

Eliminate waste, shorten inventory lead times, and improve overall quality and fulfillment through a LEAN warehousing approach. We are looking for a dynamic bilingual individual to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities

The Warehouse Floor Coordinator is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound warehouse orders and coordinating a team of 4–5 forklift drivers. This position reports to a Senior Team Lead.

• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator to manage order flow and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Assign and prioritize orders to the team
• Receive shipments, verify seals, and greet drivers
• Coordinate with colleagues to complete orders within designated timelines
• Manage order-related documentation with the Logistics Coordinator
• Perform any other duties as required by management

Qualifications

• Must be perfectly bilingual (English/French)
• Secondary education completed
• Experience supervising a small team of 4–5 forklift drivers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift operation experience required/considered an asset
