Shipping & Social Media Support Associate

Job Overview
American Silversmiths is seeking a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team! Our Shipping & Social Media Support associate position entails packaging products, creating labels, and shipping out packages daily, as well as any other duties assigned. This position is full time, in-office, at our brand new Marketing Headquarters in Arlington, TX. You will report directly to our office & inventory manager.

Company Overview
American Silversmiths is the leading manufacturer of custom belt buckles & silver in the world. We craft custom buckles & western-style accessories, with 5 different brands marketed through various marketing channels.

Duties

• Package and ship customer orders from our online stores and Tik Tok Shop.
• Create labels using our internal system for shipping
• Handle returned orders & repairs that must be shipped back to our shop.
• Communicate with our international customer service team to troubleshoot lost packages and orders.
• Organize inventory for in-stock products & office items
• Ship free items for influencers & sponsored clubs.
• Monitor and respond to direct messages and inquiries on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as needed.
• Assist with various team tasks as delegated

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed
• Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
