Job Overview

As a Shoe Retail Assistant, you’ll help customers find suitable products, demonstrate technology, and support smooth day-to-day shop operations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, organized store where customers can make informed choices and colleagues can serve them efficiently.

Duties

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide clear product demos.
• Recommend relevant products, support technology sales, and use thoughtful upselling to help customers choose.
• Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and complete basic math for transactions.
• Maintain merchandising displays, keep products organized, and assist with routine store tasks.

Skills

Required: Clear communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and helpful service. English proficiency and professional phone etiquette help you respond clearly to customers and coordinate with colleagues. Your impact: Customers receive informed assistance, while colleagues benefit from accurate sales and orderly displays. Preferred: Technical sales experience, multilingual or bilingual communication, and familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and merchandising are valuable strengths.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
