Job Summary
Shoe Retail Sales Associate to join our family shoe store. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, and assisting customers with footwear selections. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for shoes, along with strong time management skills.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide footwear recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing shoe sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintaining cleanliness of store

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to selling, with a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
