We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant with a diverse skill set to support daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic driving skills, knowledge of basic computers (like excel). This role requires someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving: Safely transport employer to appointments, meetings, and other locations as required. (4 wheeler)
- Computer Usage: Use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), email, and internet browsing. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Errands: Run various errands such as shopping, picking up packages, and other personal tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of computer
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with local roads and routes.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with occasional flexibility in working hours.
- Some travel may be required for errands or other duties.
