Group Six Technologies is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team as a Workshop Assistant to learn and assist in various aspects of our business. This person will be able to work with minimal supervision and have the basic skills that will allow them to function within the various areas of our operation.
Preference (but not required) will be given to candidates that:
- have valid class 5 Alberta drivers license and own transportation
- are able to use measuring equipment (tape measure, micrometer, Vernier caliper etc.)
- can read engineering drawings.
- have experience with an ERP system
- are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- has a valid forklift certificate
- have a current First Aid certificate
- have any experience operating CNC or manual machines
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn and a solid work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
