Polar Mobility Research Ltd. Is seeking Heavy Duty Transport Refrigeration technicians and Apprentices and Helpers for it's Red Deer location.

Previous experience or certification in Transport Refrigeration or Commercial Refrigeration is a definite asset but not required.

This is a full-time position, with opportunities for overtime. Work is performed both in our shop and in the field with a service truck. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a proven record of continued employment working with limited supervision.

Job Related Abilities / Education

-Mechanically inclined

-Clean and valid class 5 driver’s license

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Maintain a clean, orderly work area

-Follow applicable work procedures and specifications

-Flexible, adaptable, problem solving and willing to learn

-Strong work ethic

-High School Diploma or equivalency

-Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $18.00 to $34.00 /hour
