Job Overview

We are looking for a Shop Executive to handle day-to-day operations at our surgical and medical supply retail store. The ideal candidate should be responsible, customer-friendly, and able to manage the store independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain stock of surgical/medical supplies

• Track expiry dates regularly

• Ensure proper storage

• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors

2. Customer Service & Sales

• Attend and guide walk-in customers

• Explain product details and usage

• Generate invoices/bills

• Handle POS and cash transactions professionally

3. Store Operations

• Open and close the shop daily

• Ensure product display and cleanliness

• Maintain sales and inventory records

• Handle basic admin and daily reporting

Requirements

• Minimum: Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in retail/medical/surgical shops is an advantage

• Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory software)

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

• Candidates staying in Thane / Central line (Dadar–Kalyan) preferred

Working Details

• Work Mode: On-site

• Schedule: 10 hours/day

o Shift 1: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

o Shift 2: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

• Week Off: One fixed weekly off (Monday or Wednesday)

• Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
