SHOP SUPERVISOR ,

Duties & Responsibilities ;

• To maintain stock replenishment and ticketing standards to the highest level.
• Lead the store when the owner is not available.
• To be responsible for the smooth running of the front of the shop.
• To ensure effective stock management and stock control processes are carried out.
• Ensures store shelves are fully stacked.
• Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
• Ensuring promotions are precise and adhere to the business &standards.
• Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction.
• Open and close the shop as and when required and check cash balance.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Sets priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently

Salary 28,000 Per Year

Skill/experience/qualifications ;

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on flexible shifts including early morning, late evening and weekend.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise
• A confident, resourceful, and creative individual who can operate in a challenging environment.
• Flexible to work on various shifts, including early morning, night and weekend.
