Shopfloor Team Member

The Warehouse Group looks after some of Aotearoa’s most famous and beloved retail brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming, Torpedo7, and TheMarket. The Warehouse stores or ‘red sheds’ are a kiwi household name, with a presence in virtually every kiwi home and community. By putting the customer first The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand and our friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us.

This is a permanent part-time one position with the following hours of work:

• Monday 9am - 2pm
• Friday 1pm - 6pm

Candidates should be available to work both days!

As a valued member of Shopfloor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.

You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort, whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or providing excellent customer service.

Ideally you will have:

• Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role - preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake some heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
