Responsibilities

• Complete our comprehensive 90-day New Agent Launch program, designed to equip you with the essential skills for success in today's real estate market. On average, agents close 3.4 transactions during this period.
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist buyers in finding their ideal home, gaining valuable industry experience as a Showing Agent for our top performers.
• Deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria, enhancing communication and contributing to successful offer acceptances.
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients, gaining hands-on experience in real estate transactions.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, utilizing provided scripts and training to effectively engage with potential clients.
• Engage in team activities according to team standards, including client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media efforts, while maintaining a strong work ethic.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and partner calls, treating this role as a professional career with structured weekly planning.
• Use PLACE Technology to meticulously track all tasks and activities, ensuring efficient data management of calls and appointments.
