Nova Lighting previously known as Hansen Lighting/Lighting Specialists is an industry Leader in Lighting Sales. We are rapidly growing with opportunities to promote within.

We are looking for a dependable Showroom Associate. This person will undertake administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales when needed. Our ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing duties and working with little supervision. We need someone who will be self-motivated and who likes to stay productive. The Showroom Associate helps to ensure smooth running of our company’s offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls and correspondence
• Helping out on the sales floor as a sales associate for walk in customers when needed
• Assist colleagues on other projects (I.e. Planning, ordering, and installing showroom displays)
• Entering orders for customers.
• Keeping and maintain the showroom to be a functional and clean environment for our customers to be in.

Skills

• Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, and sales associate
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office and Office management software.
• High school diploma

Salary: $20.00 per hour
