Showroom Cleaner/Janitor

Summary

As a Showroom Cleaner/Janitor, you will be essential in maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial duties. Your custodial experience will ensure that all areas are kept in top condition, while your relevant skills in industrial cleaning and maintenance will enhance the overall functionality of the showroom. Duties include:

• vacuuming
• sweeping
• dusting
• mopping
• cleaning bathrooms
• taking out trashes
• cleaning windows
• cleaning displays
• setting up/taking down potential displays
• other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial roles, particularly in commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance
• Ability to perform buffing and maintenance tasks as needed
• Experience with residential painting and porter duties is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
