Mondeau Bathroom & Kitchen is a division of Boone Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc. We specialize in bath and kitchen products for renovation projects and new home construction, with three showrooms in the Ottawa region - Ottawa East, Kanata and Gatineau.

We are currently looking for energetic and service oriented individuals to promote the sale of luxury and designer items in our Ottawa East showroom

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved and satisfaction is guaranteed.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on orders, quotes, and bids.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services and features to meet customer needs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have sales experience
• Previous relevant customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

Pay: $1,050.00-$1,299.00 per week
