Colm Quinn BMW is seeking a professional, personable and customer-focused Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Athlone Retail Centre.

About the Role

As our first point of contact, you will create a positive and lasting impression for every customer.
Your role is more than answering calls or greeting visitors, it’s about embodying the Colm Quinn BMW values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage guests, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently and professionally.
• Manage front desk reception duties, maintaining a polished and organised environment.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the showroom.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, elegance and empathy to the role. You will be:

• Professionally presented with an approachable, friendly manner.
• A natural communicator with exceptional people skills and a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Confident and courteous on the phone, with a professional telephone manner.
• Competent with basic computer systems and adaptable to new technologies.
• Experience in a customer-focused role is an advantage, but the right attitude and personality are just as important.

Salary Offered:

• €14.00 per hour
• Discretionary performance bonus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.00 per hour
