Role Overview:
As the Vehicle Showroom Host/Receptionist, you will be the face of our showroom, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone and email inquiries, and assisting with showroom operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your excellent communication skills and friendly approach will help create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing them with a friendly and professional first impression
• Answer inbound calls and emails, directing queries to the appropriate team members or departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and showroom, ensuring it is always presentable
• Assist with customer paperwork, such as vehicle registrations and documentation
• Help manage customer waiting areas and provide refreshments as necessary
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers receive timely updates on vehicle availability, promotions, and pricing
• Support the showroom manager with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (reception, retail, or hospitality) preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic IT skills (e.g., experience with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
