Showroom Host/Receptionist

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host/Receptionist with responsibilities extending to service and sales administration. This is a varied and dynamic role requiring exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Host/Receptionist:
  • Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain the showroom's presentation, ensuring it is tidy and inviting.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documentation and processing orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Service Administration:
  • Coordinate service appointments, liaise with customers, and ensure clear communication between technicians and clients.
  • Process invoices and service-related paperwork efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.

About You:

  • A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and confident using IT systems (training provided for dealership-specific software).
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team and adapt to a variety of responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in the motor trade or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
