Showroom Sales Advisor - Davies Bathrooms - Raheny


Part of Grafton Group Plc, Chadwicks Group is the market leader in the builder’s merchanting industry in the Republic of Ireland. The core business is through the traditional Builders Merchants division. Main brands include Chadwicks, Cork Builders Providers, Davies & Telfords. In addition, and through organic growth and acquisitions the Group have established a range of brands which are close to the core but offer a uniquely different range of products. These include Heitons Steel, Panelling Centre, Morgans Timber, Proline, Sitetech & Rooney's Hardware.


Principle Objective


As a Showroom Sales Advisor with Davies Raheny, you will be a key part of a busy and dynamic bathroom showroom team. This customer facing role involves supporting clients through the complete bathroom design and sales process from initial consultation to final product selection. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and help bring their bathroom visions to life through practical design advice and tailored solutions. Strong product knowledge, a flair for design, and excellent customer service skills are essential to succeed in these sales focused role.


Key Responsibilities

  • To assist our customers in making informed purchasing decisions by creating inspiring computer aided plans/designs for their Bathrooms
  • Understand the customer needs and generate creative ideas and solutions that will fulfill their requirements.
  • Proactively generate customer leads and enquires
  • Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
  • Producing accurate quotations
  • Achieve defined sales and margin targets
  • Create brand loyalty and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain showroom standards throughout the display

Contract Type

  • Permanent / Full Time
  • 40 hours per week - 5 days from Mon-Sat 8:30-17:00
  • Location – Davies, Raheny, Dublin 5
