Kitchen World is currently seeking a Part-Time Interior Sales & Design Assistant to join our Dungarvan showroom.

This is a customer-facing role supporting both the sales and design teams. It would ideally suit someone with a background in interior design, furniture sales, or a strong administrative skillset with an interest in interiors.

Who This Role Would Suit
This position would particularly suit a recent graduate in Interior Design or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career in kitchen design.

The Role
You will support the showroom team in delivering a high-quality customer experience, assisting with both sales activity and day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and assisting with initial showroom enquiries
• Supporting designers with appointments, follow-ups, and quotations
• Managing showroom administration and maintaining customer records
• Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assisting in converting enquiries into showroom appointments

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Interior Design, Furniture Sales, or similar (or a recent graduate)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
