Thermoglaze Windows & Doors is looking for an ambitious Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Rathgar.

Our showroom is where many of our customers begin their journey, and we're looking for someone who can turn that first conversation into a great customer experience — and ultimately a successful sale.

This is a customer-facing role with a strong sales element. You'll be dealing directly with homeowners, discussing their projects, helping them select the right products and taking responsibility for moving enquiries forward.

Your Day-to-Day Role

Every customer and project will be different. Your role will include:

• Meeting homeowners and visitors in our Rathgar showroom
• Discussing renovation and new-build requirements with customers
• Helping customers choose from our range of windows, doors and home improvement products
• Measuring customer requirements from plans, specifications and information provided
• Producing quotations and presenting options clearly to customers
• Following up leads and quotations and converting enquiries into orders
• Assisting our sales team on day to day tasks
• Keeping customers updated from enquiry through to installation
• Handling incoming calls, emails and showroom enquiries
• Processing confirmed orders and checking specifications before submission
• Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers
• Entering and maintaining information on our CRM
• Arranging customer visits and installation appointments
• Working closely with our fitting teams to keep installations organised
• Preparing the weekly installation schedule
• Raising invoices and completing necessary paperwork
• Helping ensure the showroom is presented to a high professional standard

The Person We're Looking For

We're more interested in your ability, attitude and approach to customers than simply the job titles on your CV.

You could be an experienced salesperson looking for your next challenge, or someone already working in the construction/home improvement sector who wants to move into a showroom-based sales position.

You'll need to be:

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Naturally persuasive without being pushy
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving sales
• Highly organised and capable of managing several jobs at once
• Accurate when dealing with measurements, specifications and orders
• Comfortable using computers, email and CRM systems
• A good communicator with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Reliable, energetic and willing to take responsibility
• Someone who follows things through rather than waiting to be asked
• Interested in developing their knowledge of windows, doors and the wider home improvement market

Experience

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

Windows & Doors | Construction | Building Products | Home Improvements | Kitchens | Bathrooms | Roofing | Insulation | Sales | Showroom

Full product training will be provided for the right person.
