Position: Door Supervisor
Location: Bolton
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £15.00 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Schedule: Evening shifts, Friday to Sunday

Are you a confident and professional individual ready to ensure safety and provide outstanding customer service in Bolton’s vibrant nightlife? We are seeking reliable and experienced Door Supervisors to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entry, conduct guest screenings, and assess suitability in line with venue policies.
• Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Patrol the premises and, when required, conduct searches of individuals.
• Enforce venue rules, including refusing entry or asking guests to leave when necessary.
• Assist in protecting venue assets and managing crowds safely.
• Document and report incidents, searches, and patrols.

Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.
• Prior experience in the nightlife sector (bars, pubs, or clubs).
• Availability for evening shifts, especially weekends.

Experience:

• Door Supervision: 2 years (required)

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• SIA Door Supervision Licence (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
