Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and structures in commercial and residential siding. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate execution of projects
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to install fixtures, or structural components
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
• Apply caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure proper insulation and aesthetic quality
• Conduct site preparation, including measuring, marking, and layout work according to specifications
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
• Experience in carpentry, caulking, and general handyman tasks
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into completed work
• Strong physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged physical activity
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
