Siding Installer / Labor

Job Summary
Jackson Roofing & Exteriors is seeking skilled Siding Installers to join our team.

The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for the installation of various Siding products and systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will utilize various tools and techniques to complete installations efficiently and effectively.

Duties
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Conduct caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for moving materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot installation issues, providing solutions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with installed products.

Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Experience with caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints.
- Strong maintenance person skills with a focus on building and carpentry tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by job duties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
