Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the Manufactureand assembly of various signs, including LED digital boards, channel letters, billboards, light boxes, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble a variety of signs, including:
• Channel letters (illuminated & non-illuminated)
• LED signs and LED digital boards
• Light boxes, billboards, and custom signage
• Operate CNC machines, routers, and other shop equipment to cut, shape, and process materials.
• Prepare materials such as acrylic, PVC, aluminum, and ACP for fabrication.
• Assemble sign components, including backs, returns, faces, LED modules, power supplies, and wiring (basic).
• Use hand tools and power tools to trim, drill, grind, clean, and finish sign components.
• Apply vinyl graphics and finishing elements when required.
• Read and follow production drawings, layouts, and measurements accurately.
• Inspect completed signs to ensure they meet quality, safety, and design specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on skills and comfort working with tools, materials, and machinery.
• Experience with sign making, channel letters, LED signage, or related fabrication work is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of signage materials and production processes.
• Ability to measure, align, and assemble components accurately.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CorelDRAW or similar software (Illustrator, etc.) is an asset.
• Willingness to learn shop-specific tools, machines, and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
