About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Signage Client Services Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage existing clients and projects from concept to completion, ensuring top-class customer satisfaction while driving growth opportunities. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and in-house teams — managing relationships, timelines, budgets, and quality across all stages of delivery.

What You’ll Do

Client Management

• Be the main point of contact for key clients — managing communication, timelines, and expectations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client goals and brand requirements to deliver the right signage solutions.

Project Coordination

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from quotation and artwork approval through to manufacturing and installation.
• Work closely with design, production, to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate site surveys, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Uphold all health & safety and quality standards.

Sales & Business Development

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell signage products or services.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate client and project records.
• Monitor project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage purchase orders and related documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings/specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Ability to undertake site visits and measurements of signage requirements
• Full, clean driving licence
• Experience in signage, print, or display industries (desirable).
• Experience in account or project management (desirable).

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
