CPP Civil
CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects—giving us greater control over key project components.
Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to support a major NSW infrastructure project, this is a 9-month contract available based onsite at our Newcastle Synchronous Condenser project. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, this role will see you providing broad project and office administration support including document control, procurement assistance, cost tracking, reporting, onboarding support and general site coordination. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity suited to someone who is highly organised, detail orientated and enjoys supporting high-performing project teams in a site-based environment.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and team-focused approach to work
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word and Excel
- The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A logical and practical approach with a willingness to support project teams where needed
- Construction site administration experience is advantageous, however not essential
- A current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain) will be highly regarded
