Site Construction and Service Coordinator
What you will do
As Site Construction and Service Coordinator you will support and coordinate construction activities across multiple sites in the data center and hyper chip manufacturing sectors throughout the EMEA region. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and execution of services across diverse teams and geographies.
How you will do it
  • Coordinate and oversee construction service activities across multiple EMEA sites.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and service milestones to ensure alignment with construction schedules.
  • Facilitate cross-border collaboration between engineering, procurement, and site operations teams.
  • Monitor and report on service progress, risks, and issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all sites.
  • Support onboarding and mobilization of service teams at new or expanding sites.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of service activities, permits, and inspections.
  • Duties may vary to suit changing business needs
What we look for
  • Proven experience in coordinating construction or technical services across multiple international sites.
  • Understanding of data center or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Familiarity with EMEA construction regulations and standards.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Some travel within the EMEA region is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global tech or semiconductor companies.
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction or Agile methodologies.
