Job Description Summary

The role involves providing technical support for maintenance and emergency repairs of M&E services, coordinating with various stakeholders for smooth project execution, managing inventory, and preparing reports. It also includes overseeing safety compliance, supervising technicians, and ensuring work is completed according to schedule and quality standards. The position requires troubleshooting technical issues and attending client meetings as needed.

About the Role:

• Provide technical support for preventive maintenance, emergency situations, and ad-hoc repairs for M&E services.

• Manage inventory control, purchase parts, and prepare monthly reports as per contract requirements.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders (department heads, suppliers, consultants, etc.) to ensure smooth site work execution and handle site assessments and quotations for repairs.

• Oversee safety compliance, submit required documents, and coordinate multiple M&E trades on-site, ensuring work aligns with schedules and specifications.

• Supervise technicians, attend client meetings, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality work and prompt resolution of concerns.

About You:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related qualifications.

• Possess 5 years or more experience in relevant field.
