Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Site Engineer – Construction to oversee site execution and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities and site execution.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, workers, and site-level activities.
• Interpret and execute architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify technical and execution-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Plan daily site activities and prioritize work based on project requirements.
• Handle multiple project sites when assigned and ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, material records, and other documentation.
• Ensure construction work follows approved specifications, methods, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular site updates and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
• Travel between assigned project sites during working hours as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in residential building construction/site execution.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Strong planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management and ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify site-level technical/execution issues and coordinate solutions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on Site Engineer who can independently manage site execution, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and ensure construction activities progress as planned.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
