We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction activities at our Mayo project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising site personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
