Site & Inventory Coordinator

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing group of businesses, with a diverse portfolio spanning construction and property investments.


To support our operations, we are seeking a Site & Inventory Coordinator to assist the Head of Construction & Operations and oversee the management of multiple construction projects and inventory processes. This role combines project coordination with warehouse and stock management to ensure smooth workflows, timely resource availability and effective site support.


This role is ideal for an organised, detail-orientated professional who enjoys a balance of site engagement and logistical management.


You will be based from our warehouse premises in Brislington, with about one day per week from our main office base at Hartham Park, Corsham.


Responsibilities

Site & Project Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Construction & Operations, managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating multiple construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Act as the main point of contact for architects, planners, utility providers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication, and following up to chase outstanding tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, gather information, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Manage regulatory compliance by overseeing building regs and controls across sites, ensuring all projects adhere to legal requirements.
  • Organise and maintain project documents, including contracts, permits, and plans, for easy access and accuracy.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inventory management for all materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory database.
  • Ensure that all items are properly labelled, stored, and organized for accessibility, implementing efficient systems to streamline stock handling.
  • Receive, inspect, and document deliveries, tracking stock movement and addressing any discrepancies or damages.
  • Monitor inventory levels, proactively placing orders or notifying relevant staff when stock is low.
  • Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment, upholding health and safety regulations and implementing security measures to prevent stock theft or damage.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with evidence that you have worked on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem solving skills to manage complex tasks and ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • A good understanding of building regs and construction processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project and inventory management software.
  • Willing to conduct site visits and support physical stock management tasks as required (a full driving licence is essential and a forklift licence advantageous).
