Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

Manage local IT Support Services and IT partners of your location
Collaborate with business/site leaders to implement actions defined by Global IT and the business.
Ensure compliance with Group Information’s Systems, Strategy, Policies and Service.
Propose frameworks, identify the gaps in order to build the IT governance policies and systems.
Formalize issues, follow up and escalation with operations / Information Systems
Contribute to incident and problem management
Liaise with local management to deal with major incidents / crisis management/ demands/ Services/ requests. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, understand their needs and challenges.
Identify needs for end user training / tutorials/ equipment’s/ IT Peripherals
Assist in preparation of budget and follow-up IT costs and manage local IT Hardware stocks
Ability to work with various stakeholders and engage with the right level of communication
Detail oriented and manage relationships with IT vendors and services providers, ensuring external solutions align with business needs and SLA (service level agreements)

Qualification

10 years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in managerial position in a manufacturing industry
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong experience in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
Strong experience in IT infrastructure, network and incident management
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
