Property Management Company accepting resumes for the position of Community Manager for their Bishopville, Hartsville, and Timmonsville, SC area apartment complexes. The position is full-time (40 hours) with benefits. Qualified individuals should have at least one year of experience with customer service and strong leadership skills. Rural Development experience a plus.
Looking for someone career minded for a company that cares about its team members as well as the service we offer our residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Follow Fair Housing Rules and Regulations
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
