Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Site Manager to lead our Preschool, After School and Summer programs. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support our dedicated staff in providing high-quality and active care to our children..

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Program Management

o Lead a team of educators to deliver a fun, safe, and enriching program.

o Support curriculum development aligned with our core values and children’s needs.

o Cultivate strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.

Operations & Compliance

o Ensure daily site operations run smoothly and efficiently.

o Maintain full compliance with state licensing and health & safety standards.

o Oversee hiring, onboarding, and regular performance evaluations.

o Track enrollment, attendance, and billing records accurately.

Qualifications:

Required

o 2+ years of leadership experience in a child care or youth program setting.

o Strong understanding of child development and positive behavior strategies.

o Excellent communication and time management skills.

o Familiarity with Arkansas DHS child care licensing standards.

Preferred

o Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

o CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
