Greenline delivers projects that support schools, communities, and public spaces and we’re looking for a capable Site Manager to step into a key role supporting the project delivery on a fixed-term basis starting mid-October 2026 through to mid-May 2027.

Description:
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to support the delivery of a project within Wurtulla, Sunshine Coast QLD. This is a 6 - 7 month fixed-term, project-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of site outcomes.
You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and a proactive approach, particularly when working within this sensitive / high-compliance environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects progress in line with schedule
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Maintain strong communication with clients, project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure all site works meet WHS, environmental and quality standards
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks
- Identify and resolve site issues, defects and non-conformances
- Coordinate deliveries, variations and project changes
- Provide regular updates on project progress and forecasting
- Ensure site is opened and closed each day for security purposes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar construction role
- Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
- A strong focus on safety and compliance, particularly in sensitive site environments
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Construction White card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check (Blue card)
- Competitive remuneration aligned to market

We are open to engaging the right candidate on either a fixed-term employment basis or as an independent contractor (ABN).
For independent contractor arrangements, rates will be negotiated based on experience and project scope.
