About Us
FJS Joinery Solutions has been crafting bespoke contract furniture since 1998. Our team blends traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing, delivering high-quality projects across Ireland and the UK. We work closely with architects, designers and contractors to produce standout joinery using a wide range of materials — from timber and fabric to steel, glass and stone.
The Role
We’re looking for a Site Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site coordination on our joinery installations. You’ll keep projects moving smoothly, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets stay firmly on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily on-site activities and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors
- Build on and promote relationships with existing and new clients
- Driving project schedules and ensuring milestones are met
- Overseeing quality checks, inspections and standards on all projects at all stages of installation
- Actively promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste and improve working methods, conditions and communication
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Managing logistics, deliveries, site resources and site documentation including progress reports and records
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and project partners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in project or site management (construction or fit-out background ideal)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Confident in inspections, quality control and expediting workflows
- Solid understanding of site logistics and resource planning
- Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a bonus
- Previous experience in joinery, fit-out, or bespoke furniture is highly advantageous
- Relevant degree preferred but not essential for the right candidate including progress reports and records
Salary €55-€65k per annum DOE, Company Vehicle, DCI Card and Mobile Phone
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a growing company with a reputation for quality, reliability and craftsmanship — working on diverse, high-end projects with a team who genuinely takes pride in what they build.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
