Job Overview:

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing all construction activities on site to ensure they meet or exceed their pre-established objectives of cost, schedule, and scope.

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Successful completion of residential construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct all contractors and sub-contractors to achieve completion of the projects on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to the original plans/specifications or approved Change Orders.
• Identifies and solves problems quickly – either directly or properly delegated.
• Be responsible for constructibility, which includes: site meetings, scheduling, 3 week lead time on subcontractors and RFI’s.
• Management representative of Health & Safety with a “Safety First” attitude.
• Ministry of Labour contact.
• Provide overall administration and technical direction that is required to maintain the schedule and complete units within a critical time frame.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
• Maintain a daily log.
• Prepare, schedule and supervise the completion of the final Punch List.
• Work toward zero deficiencies.
• Coordinate all necessary inspections of City Building Departments and Consultants.
• Supervise and direct Ryse Construction Group Ltd labour.
• Overall – maintains an organized, efficient job site and construction office.

Experience:

• 5 -10 years of related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,109.55-$112,248.42 per year
